Scope of Works
C&M Contracts Ltd were appointed by GKR Group to carry out a full flat roof replacement at a school in Leicester. We provided the initial survey and Bauder specified the system, presenting the client with three options. The existing roof was scraped back to the original asphalt deck and a two-layer overlay system was installed.
